The Halley Academy is celebrating excellent A Level and Level 3 qualification results further demonstrating the rapid improvement the academy is making in all areas. The results are strong and significantly improved on those of last year.
Initial headline figures show positive value added across subjects, including +0.85 in A Level Maths, +0.46 in A Level English Literature, +0.35 in A Level History and +0.65 in Applied Sciences. The vocational subjects continue to be a strength of the academy, with results to celebrate in ICT, Engineering and Sport.
Our students and staff are to be commended for their hard work and commitment in achieving these successes. We are proud to announce that our students have secured the destinations of their choice, with the vast majority of them going on to university or high level apprenticeships.
