Dear Parents/Carers,
As we reach the end of Module 6, which will draw to a close this academic year, I am writing to inform you of the arrangements for the last day of the module. We have had another successful year here at The Halley Academy and we are all immensely proud of all of the students’ achievements.
Friday 21st July 2023 will be the last day of this academic year. Students must attend in full academy uniform and will follow their normal timetable until 12.15pm, when they will be dismissed by the Leadership Team. This day will also feature a number of our annual Celebration Assemblies, where the Academy community will come together to congratulate students on a range of their achievements this academic year.
Students who are entitled to a free school meal will be able to collect food at break time.
Please note that the Academy reopens to Year 7 and Year 12 students on Friday 1st September 2023 and for all other year groups on Monday 4th September 2023. More information on the start back to the academic year will follow.
